Delivery Charges Explained:

If the massage chair was delivered in a local Mattress Firm market the delivery fee is $79.99. If your massage chair was delivered in a non-Mattress Firm market the delivery fee is $299.99. All products returned must be damage/stain free. We will not return any product that has been damaged by the consumer.

Damaged Product:

If product is delivered damaged, Mattress Firm will replace the damaged part or chair. Please contact your sales associate immediately. If a defect occurs after massage chair is delivered you are to contact the manufacturer.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Cancelations after 72 hours of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee and delivery fee (if applicable). We will not accept cancelations of any sort after 7 days. Product delays or faulty deliveries will not be deemed exceptions to the cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

If an order is cancelled, Mattress Firm will process the appropriate refund which is outlined below.

  • If the purchase order is cancelled before the 72 hour cancellation period there will be cancellation penalty or fees, resulting in a full refund.
  • If the purchase order is cancelled after the 72 hour cancellation period the refund will be the full purchase amount minus the 20% restocking fee.
  • If a product was returned after it was delivered the refund will be the full purchase amount minus a 20% restocking fee and a delivery fee. (See Delivery Charges Explained.)
